The Character
Country Name: Kongeriket Norge || Norway
Human Name: Lukas Dahlem
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality:
Most would describe Norway as a closed book; one that is seemingly held shut by an unknown force and unwilling to share its knowledge with the world. He does not like conversing about himself and even less about other people. Though, this does not imply that Norway hardly talks at all. He does, but its usually in the form of detached conversation. The Norwegian is most certainly not one to hold an idle talk over something that isn't beneficial or in some way interesting to him.
Norway himself is painstakingly honest and that makes him come across as a rather blunt person. No one is perfect, and the man is quick to point that fact out. It's difficult to tell if or when the Norwegian is genuinely honest or simply teasing someone at times. Only accented by his seemingly straight, and often times, expressionless face.
Appearing as a calm, collected, and maybe even, cold, individual; Norway does have a compassionate side to him (especially when it comes to his fellow Nordic nations.) He is a bit of a health-freak and as such will be the first to step in and offer someone with a bad health-related habit a stern stare down and scolding. Smoking, heavy drinking, or even something as a minor cough; it simply doesn't matter in which form it comes in.
Making the man smile is difficult, but not impossible. Always appearing straight-faced, he has the uncanny ability to make people feel uncomfortable. However, those who know him well are aware that that's just how he is. Norway is difficult to read, that much is apparent. But those who have the patience and nerves to get to know the man better will come to understand the way he works. The way he speaks and conducts himself around others changes depending on how well he knows someone.
Strength-wise, he may not look like much, but he does have the power to do some damage. Wielding a sword and shield like in his olden-days, he is able to hold his own in battle without relying on the more inconvenient aspects of his abilities. Regardless, Norway does not like relying on other people.
This resistance to rely on others, aside from his own strength and power, may make him seem like a bit of a hard-headed nation. Unless the situation is so dire that there is no other choice (and maybe, even then.) Norway would sooner die than ask for any sort of help.

Sample Post:
He had come to accept that this was merely a fleeting interest. Everyone would soon forget about the mansion in the woods and any sort of secrets that it may or may not have held. Though, he never expected that the others would flock to this place in the numbers that they did.
When Norway had been approached about the place at the meeting, he stared back at them, wondering what was going through their heads. A haunted mansion in the middle of nowhere? No, that wasn't a spell for disaster at all. The least he could do was make sure that the idiots didn't anger whatever it was that still occupied that place.
He did not, however, anticipate what would happen next. That they would walk in and become stuck. Even the troll that accompanied him had to facepalm at the idiocy. "Now what?" Norway said non-chalantly, looking around the room as some of his fellow nations attempted to pry open the door.
Whenever Norway would enter a place, he could usually tell merely from the activity what sort of area it was. Yet, that was what surprised the nation more than anything. It wasn't the eerily quiet atmosphere, it wasn't the fact that they were seemingly locked in, or that everything seemed so clean.
There was nothing here.
It felt dead.
And he didn't like it. The sooner they would get out, the better.
Without a word, Norway distanced himself from the group. They could bicker and argue all they wanted, he was going to take action and do something useful.
